Peñaflor de Gállego Is a rural neighbourhood in the northern outskirts of Zaragoza, Spain. Located on a rock which has been eroded to form a valley through which Gallego river flows. At its highest point there is a land with great ecological interest called El Vedado. Peñaflor church tower is an interesting example of aragonese mudejar art , declared World Heritage .

Zaragoza, also called Saragossa in English, is the capital city of the autonomous community of Aragon , Spain. It is situated on the Ebro river and its tributaries, the Huerva and Gállego, near the centre of the region, in a valley with a variety of landscapes , ranging from desert (Los Monegros) to thick forest, meadows and mountains.

Zaragoza hosted Expo 2008 in the summer of 2008, a World's fair on water and sustainable development. The city is famous for its folklore , a renowned local gastronomy , and landmarks such as the metropolitan area, El Pilar Cathedral together with La Seo and the Aljaferia. Several other buildings form part of the Mudéjar Architecture of Aragon which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Zaragoza is easy to reach by car, coach, train, plane or even on foot, as part of the Camino de Santiago Pilgrimage Route , since the city lies at a privileged crossroads between Madrid , Barcelona , Valencia and the Basque Country. It is also the gateway to Europe through the Somport Tunnel.

Zaragoza - Delicias Intermodal Station belongs to Spain 's High-Speed Train Network and is used by travellers leaving or arriving into the city by train or coach from practically any point in Spain .

Zaragoza Airport , is located just 10 km from the city.
